There is a curfew but has never pertained to the balconies. The curfew is set in place to allow peacefulness at late hours not to punish anyone. And I would assume most would not want their children out late anyway. If you want a peaceful, beautiful place to call home This would be my suggestion. I think the people that have a problem with the property are merely people that have an issue with living peacefully or following any rules. All Tax Credit properties have the same rules as Hallmark at Crestmoor, it's whether or not they have a good manager on site that cares about the residents and cares about the property that matters.
This apartment complex is like living in a prison, the manager tells you that you can't be outside or on your own porch after 10:00, and children has limited times that they can play on the playground. The manager is outrageous and will evict you if she catches you on your porch after 10:00 p.m. So if you want to live in a prison you should not move here.
